Big Butt Charters Return & Exchange Policy

We’re a small but mighty (and slightly cheeky) operation, and while we want you to love your Big Butt gear, we don’t do refunds—only store credit or exchanges.

Here’s how it works, Captain:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and ready for another fishing trip (aka in original condition).

• You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

• You’ll need to send the item back on your dime—yep, that means you cover return shipping.

Once your return docks safely and passes inspection (no bait stains, please), we’ll hook you up with store credit or get your exchange out to you.

No returns or exchanges on gear that’s been worn, washed, or taken on a halibut hunt and no returns on Koozies or Stickers.
