Shipping policy

We ship all orders via USPS, Monday through Friday. Orders are usually processed within 72 hours, often sooner.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times are out of our control. You can track your shipment with the tracking number provided.

Big Butt Charters is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by USPS but are lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact your local post office if you experience any issues.
